Step 2 – Setting the Right Price

Getting the pricing right is the most important decision in selling your home. We will thoroughly research comparable homes in the area that are currently for sale, have recently sold and even homes that didn’t sell and were taken off the market and provide you with a comprehensive market evaluation of your property. We will also discuss your goals and reasons to sell to determine the best listing price. An attractive initial listing price, based on Fair Market Value, is especially important as homes almost always gain the most attention when their listings are new to the market. Depending on response, we will discuss adjusting price if necessary to increase interest.

At this point, we will also sign a listing agreement, allowing us to become your partner and dedicate ourselves to getting the best price and terms for your house.
