Step 4 – Making An Offer

Once you find a property that interests you, we will review the disclosure package and look at comparable sales information in order to help you determine the right offering price and terms. A seller may accept, reject or counter your offer with a different price or change in terms. It is important that all written contracts (offers, counters, addendums, etc.) are understood and properly protect your interests. We will negotiate on your behalf on key items such as price, financing, terms, date of possession and the inclusion or exclusion of repairs and furnishings or equipment.
